Visa Assistance – Terms & Conditions

Travocycle provides visa assistance and facilitation services through third-party visa application centres, government portals, embassies, consulates and authorized service providers.

1. Visa Approval

Visa approval, rejection, processing time, validity and appointment availability are solely at the discretion of the respective visa authority. Travocycle does not guarantee visa approval or processing timelines.

2. Passenger Responsibility

The passenger is solely responsible for providing correct, complete and genuine information and documents, including passport, personal, travel, financial and employment details.

The passenger must carefully verify all information before submission.

3. Incorrect Information

Travocycle will not be responsible for any rejection, delay, cancellation, additional application, penalty, loss or other consequence resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading information/documents provided by the passenger.

Any resulting additional fees, government charges, third-party charges or re-application costs shall be borne entirely by the passenger.

4. Third-Party Services

Visa applications and appointments may be processed through third-party platforms and service providers. Their fees, policies, technical issues, processing times and decisions are outside Travocycle's control.

5. Fees & Refunds

Visa, government, appointment and third-party charges are subject to the respective provider's refund and cancellation policies. Travocycle's service fee may be non-refundable once the service has commenced.

6. Data Sharing

Passenger information and documents may be shared with relevant visa authorities and third-party service providers strictly for processing the visa application.

By proceeding with the visa assistance service, the passenger confirms acceptance of these terms and responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

Travocycle — We assist with the process; the final visa decision rests with the relevant authority.
