DAY 1 - Delhi - Mussoorie

Start your journey from Delhi early in the morning. Drive to Mussoorie, which is approximately a 7-8 hour journey. Check in to your hotel in Mussoorie and relax. In the evening, explore Mall Road and enjoy local cuisine. Have dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 2 - Mussoorie

After breakfast, visit Kempty Falls, Gun Hill, Camel's Back Road, and Lal Tibba. Enjoy a rope ride at Gun Hill for panoramic views. Return to your hotel in the evening. Have dinner and overnight stay in Mussoorie.

DAY 3 - Mussoorie – Rishikesh

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Mussoorie. Drive to Rishikesh, which is approximately a 3-4 hour journey. Upon arrival in Rishikesh, check in to your hotel or accommodation. Visit iconic places like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, and Swarg Ashram. You can also indulge in adventure activities like white-water rafting, trekking, or yoga sessions (if interested). In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan or Triveni Ghat. Explore the local markets and cafes along the Ganges. Have dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4 - Rishikesh – Nainital

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Rishikesh. Drive to Nainital, which is approximately a 5-6 hour journey. Check in to your hotel in Nainital. Spend the evening exploring the Naini Lake and Mall Road. Have dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 5 - Nainital Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Nainital. Visit Naina Devi Temple, Snow View Point, Naini Peak, and Bhimtal Lake. Explore the local markets and try some local cuisine. Return to your hotel in the evening. Have dinner and overnight stay in Nainital.

DAY 6 - Nainital – Jim Corbett

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Nainital. Drive to Jim Corbett National Park, which is approximately a 2-3 hour journey. Check in to your jungle resort in Jim Corbett. Enjoy an afternoon jungle safari in the national park (if available and booked in advance). Have dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 7 - Corbett – Delhi (Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Corbett. Drive back to Delhi, which is approximately 5-6 hour journey. Arrive in Delhi, and you will be dropped off at your preferred location.

Exclusions

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 50% payable on arrival

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
