A Tribal Circuit Spiti Tour offers a captivating journey through the remote and culturally rich region of Spiti Valley in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. This tour takes you through a stunning landscape of high mountains, ancient monasteries, and traditional Tibetan villages, providing an authentic and off-the-beaten-path travel experience

DAY 1 - Delhi –Manali

Early morning departure from Chandigarh/ Delhi. En route, enjoy scenic views of the Shivalik Hills and the Beas River. Reach Manali by evening. Check-in to your hotel and relax. Explore the Mall Road and have dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 2 - Manali to Kaza

Early morning departure from Manali. Cross the Rohtang Pass, enjoying the stunning landscapes. Continue towards Kunzum Pass, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Reach Kaza by late evening. Check-in to your hotel and rest.

DAY 3 - Kaza Local Sightseeing

Visit the Key Monastery, the largest monastery in Spiti Valley. Explore the Kibber Village, known as one of the highest motorable villages in the world. Visit the Chicham Bridge, the highest bridge in Asia. Return to Kaza and explore the local market.

DAY 4 - Kaza to Chandertaal

Depart from Kaza after breakfast. Drive towards Chandertaal (Moon Lake), one of the most beautiful lakes in the region. Enjoy the stunning landscapes along the way. Reach Chandertaal by afternoon. Set up camp near the lake and enjoy the pristine beauty of the area.

DAY 5 - Chandertaal to Manali

Early morning departure from Chandertaal. Retrace your route back to Manali via Kunzum Pass and Rohtang Pass. Reach Manali by late afternoon. Check-in to your hotel and relax. Enjoy some leisure time in Manali.

DAY 6 - Manali to Delhi/Chandigarh

Depart from Manali after breakfast. Enjoy the scenic drive back to Chandigarh. Reach Delhi/ Chandigarh by evening.

  • All internal transfers (private vehicle with local driver)

Exclusions

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
