This itinerary offers a comprehensive journey through the sacred Char Dham sites, ensuring a spiritually fulfilling experience

DAY 1 - Delhi to Haridwar

Distance: 220 km / 6–7 hours Activities: Depart from Delhi in the morning. Arrive in Haridwar; check into the hotel. Attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight: Haridwar

DAY 2 - Haridwar to Barkot

Distance: 180 km / 7–8 hours Activities: Drive via Dehradun and Mussoorie. Visit Kempty Falls en route. Arrive in Barkot; check into the hotel. Overnight: Barkot

DAY 3 - Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

Distance: 45 km drive to Janki Chatti + 6 km trek each way Activities: Early morning drive to Janki Chatti. Trek to Yamunotri Temple (3,293 m). Take a holy dip in Surya Kund; offer prayers at the temple. Return trek to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot. Overnight: Barkot

DAY 4 - Barkot to Uttarkashi

Distance: 100 km / 45 hours Activities: Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Prakateshwar Cave Temple en route. Check into the hotel. Evening visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight: Uttarkashi

DAY 5 - Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Distance: 100 km each way / 45 hours Activities: Early morning drive to Gangotri Temple (3,100 m). Stop at Harsil Valley for scenic views. Take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River; offer prayers at the temple. Return to Uttarkashi by evening. Overnight: Uttarkashi

DAY 6 - Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

Distance: 220 km / 8–9 hours Activities: Drive via Tehri Dam and Rudraprayag. Admire views of the Mandakini River. Check into the hotel in Guptkashi. Evening visit to Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight: Guptkashi

DAY 7 - Guptkashi to Kedarnath

Distance: 30 km drive to Sonprayag + 17 km trek Activities: Early morning drive to Sonprayag. Trek to Kedarnath Temple (3,583 m). Offer prayers at the temple. Overnight: Kedarnath

DAY 8 - Kedarnath to Guptkashi

Activities: After morning darshan, trek back to Sonprayag. Drive to Guptkashi. Overnight: Guptkashi

DAY 9 - Guptkashi to Joshimath

Distance: 190 km / 7–8 hours Activities: Drive via Rudraprayag and Karnaprayag. Enjoy the scenic drive along the Alaknanda River. Check into the hotel in Joshimath. Overnight: Joshimath

DAY 10 - Joshimath – Badrinath – Joshimath

Distance: 45 km each way / 6–7 hours Activities: Drive to Badrinath Temple (3,133 m). Take a dip in Tapt Kund; offer prayers at the temple. Visit Mana Village, Vasudhara Falls, and Bhim Pul (optional). Return to Joshimath by evening. Overnight: Joshimath

DAY 11 - Joshimath to Haridwar

Distance: 275 km / 9–10 hours Activities: Drive back to Haridwar. Visit Devprayag (confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi Rivers) en route. Check into the hotel in Haridwar. Overnight: Haridwar

DAY 12 - Haridwar to Delhi

Distance: 220 km / 6–7 hours Activities: Early morning departure for Delhi. Arrive in Delhi by evening, marking the end of the Char Dham Yatra

Exclusions

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 50% payable on arrival

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
