Auli Chandrashila 5N6D offers a mesmerizing 5-night, 6-day journey through the picturesque Auli in the Himalayas, culminating in the summit trek to Chandrashila. Experience snow-covered landscapes, pristine meadows, and breathtaking views. This adventure includes accommodation, guided trekking, and an unforgettable exploration of the stunning Himalayan terrain.

DAY 1 - Delhi – Rishikesh ( Overnight Travel)

Meet our cab representative at Delhi and move to Rishikesh. The journey will be of around 5-6 Hours overnight travel.

DAY 2 - Rishikesh Local Sightseeing (Water activities)

On arrival at Rishikesh have rest for a bit and by afternoon move to visit key sites like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula. Participate in adventure activities like river rafting . Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

DAY 3 - Rishikesh-Chopta

Start your tour early in the morning around 5 Am and move to Chopta. After reaching check-in to your hotel have dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 4 - Chopta to Chandrashila and Tungnath Temple – Chopta

Today after breakfast begin the trek and reach Tungnath Temple. Later trek to reach Chandrashila summit Enjoy the panoramic views from the summit. Descend back to Chopta. Have dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.

DAY 5 - Chopta – Sari Village- Rishikesh

Today after breakfast drive to beautiful Sari Village. Trek from Sari to Deoria Tal, a beautiful high-altitude lake, which takes around 3-4 hours. Get back to Sari Village and move to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar check in to your hotel and rest overnight

DAY 6 - Rishikesh- Departure – Delhi

Arrival at Delhi early morning . Drop at airport for return flight

Exclusions

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 50% payable on arrival

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
