DAY 1 - Arrival in Leh

Arrive in Leh, the capital of Ladakh, and acclimatize to the high altitude. Rest and relax to help your body adjust to the altitude. Explore Leh town in the evening, visit Leh Palace, and soak in the local atmosphere.

DAY 2 - Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit some of the local attractions in Leh. Visit Shanti Stupa, Sankar Gompa, and Leh Market. Acclimatization is crucial, so avoid strenuous activities. Have dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3 - Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the world's highest motorable passes. Explore Diskit Monastery and Hunder Sand Dunes. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

DAY 4 - Nubra Valley to Leh

After breakfast, visit the picturesque Turtuk village (if time permits). Drive back to Leh via Khardung La. Rest and relax in Leh in the evening.

DAY 5 - Leh to Pangong Lake

Depart early morning for a day trip to Pangong Lake, a high-altitude lake known for its changing colors. En route, visit Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Pangong Lake. Overnight stay in a camp near Pangong Lake.

DAY 6 - Pangong Lake to Leh

Spend the morning exploring the beauty of Pangong Lake. Drive back to Leh, and on the way, visit Hemis Monastery and the 3 Idiots movie fame school. Return to Leh in the evening.

DAY 7 - Leh to Sarchu

Drive from Leh to Sarchu via the stunning More Plains and Tanglang La Pass. En route, visit the famous Moore Plains, Taglang La Pass, and the high-altitude villages. Overnight stay in Sarchu.

DAY 8 - Sarchu to Manali

Continue your journey to Manali, passing through Baralacha La Pass and Rohtang Pass. Arrive in Manali, a popular hill station in Himachal Pradesh. Check-in to your hotel and relax.

DAY 9 - Departure from Manali

Depending on your departure time, you can do some last-minute shopping or visit any missed attractions in Manali. Check-out from your hotel and proceed with your onward journey.

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 50% payable on arrival

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
