A Tribal Circuit Spiti Tour offers a captivating journey through the remote and culturally rich region of Spiti Valley in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. This tour takes you through a stunning landscape of high mountains, ancient monasteries, and traditional Tibetan villages, providing an authentic and off-the-beaten-path travel experience

DAY 1 - Delhi/Chandigarh-Shimla

Meet on arrival at Delhi and move to Shimla. After reaching check-in to your hotel. Evening will be at leisure. You can have a walk on Traffic free Mall Road of Shimla. Have dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

DAY 2 - Shimla to Sarahan

Drive from Shimla to Sarahan, a beautiful village known for the Bhimakali Temple. Visit the temple and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Overnight stay in Sarahan.

DAY 3 - Sarahan to Sangla/Rakcham

Drive to Sangla in the Kinnaur Valley. Explore the picturesque Sangla Valley and visit Kamru Fort. Overnight stay in Sangla.

DAY 4 - Sangla/Rakcham to Chitkul

Visit the charming village of Chitkul, which is the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and the Baspa River. Return to Sangla for the nightstay.

DAY 5 - Sangla to Kalpa

Drive to Kalpa, another beautiful town in Kinnaur. Visit the Kalpa Monastery and enjoy views of the Kinner Kailash mountain range. Overnight stay in Kalpa.

DAY 6 - Kalpa to Tabo

Begin your journey towards Spiti Valley. Drive to Tabo and visit the historic Tabo Monastery. Overnight stay in Tabo.

DAY 7 - Tabo to Kaza

Drive from Tabo to Kaza (approximately 50 km, 2-3 hours). Visit the Dhankar Monastery and Dhankar Lake. Explore Kaza town in the evening. Overnight stay in Kaza.

DAY 8 - Kaza - Key Monastery - Kibber – Kaza

Visit the iconic Key Monastery. Drive to Kibber, one of the highest villages in the world. Explore the village and enjoy the scenery. Return to Kaza for the night

DAY 9 - Kaza to Chandratal

Drive to Chandratal Lake, a high-altitude glacial lake. Camp near the lake and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in tents.

DAY 10 - Chandratal to Manali

After breakfast, drive back to Manali via Batal and Kunzum Pass. Enjoy the scenic journey. Overnight stay in Manali.

DAY 11 - Manali Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, start your day with local sightseeing in Manali. Visit the Hidimba Devi Temple, a beautiful wooden temple dedicated to Goddess Hidimba. Explore Manu Temple, Club House,Jogni Falls and Tibetan Monastery. Have lunch and explore places in Manali. . Have dinner and stay at hotel

DAY 12 - Departure

Spend your last morning in Manali shopping for souvenirs or exploring any missed attractions. Depart from Manali for your onward journey.

  • All internal transfers (private vehicle with local driver)

  • Entry fees, tolls, and permits

  • Daily breakfast + Dinner

  • 24x7 Travocycle Support & Local Travel Manager

Exclusions

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

Packages can be amended as per the customer’s preference, subject to availability.
Any modification to the confirmed itinerary will attract additional charges, payable by the guest.

2. Hotel Availability
All hotel bookings are strictly subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies
All cancellations and related policies will follow the rules of the respective hotel, airline, or service provider.
Verbal commitments are not valid; only written confirmations or agreements will be considered.

4. Refund Policy
No refunds or cancellations will be provided in cases of:
Bad weather, landslides, natural calamities, or any force majeure situation beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
Unused services such as accommodation, meals, transport, sightseeing, or any other component due to:
Bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any unforeseen events.
Unused services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service
Transport is provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary on a point-to-point basis.
Air-conditioning may be turned off in hill areas to preserve local resources.
We are not responsible for cancellations of cabs or buses due to weather conditions or situations beyond our control.

6. Additional Nights
Any extra nights required due to illness, flight delays/cancellations, or other unavoidable circumstances will be charged separately at applicable hotel rates.

7. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) for International Packages
As per Government of India regulations, TCS is applicable on all international tour packages.
It is generally 5% of the total package cost and is fully refundable/adjustable while filing the guest’s next Income Tax Return (ITR).
Clients are requested to consider this mandatory government tax while booking.

8. Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) Departure Policy

All Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) departures are subject to a minimum guaranteed number of passengers. The final confirmation of departure, pricing, and services is completed only after the specified cut-off date prior to travel. Prices are based on the final confirmed group size and may vary accordingly. In the event that the minimum group strength is not met, the company reserves the right to reschedule the departure, offer an alternate date, convert the tour to a Free Independent Traveller (FIT) arrangement with revised pricing and inclusions, or process a refund as per applicable cancellation policies. Once the departure is confirmed after the cut-off date, standard cancellation charges and vendor policies shall apply.
