Kashmir is a region located in northern South Asia, primarily known for its picturesque landscapes, cultural richness, and political complexities. The region is divided between three countries: India, Pakistan, and China, with India and Pakistan having the largest portions.

DAY 1 - Arrival in Srinagar (Houseboat Stay)

Arrive at Srinagar Airport. Meet our Cab Representative and move to your hotel Check-in to your houseboat or hotel, have rest for a bit and by evening enjoy Shikara ride on Dal / Nigeen Lake and explore the local markets. Have dinner and rest overnight at houseboat

DAY 2 - Sonmarg Day Trip

After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg (about 3-4 hours). Visit the Thajiwas Glacier and take a short trek or pony ride. Enjoy the breath-taking views and natural beauty of Sonmarg. Return to Srinagar in the evening for overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 3 - Gulmarg Day Trip

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (about 1.5 to 2 hours). Enjoy the day in Gulmarg, known for its lush green meadows and the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the world's highest cable cars. You can also indulge in activities like trekking or simply relax and soak in the natural beauty. Return to Srinagar in the evening for your overnight stay.

DAY 4 - Srinagar half day Sightseeing - Pahalgam

After breakfast, visit Mughal Gardens, including Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. By Afternoon explore the historic Jama Masjid and the Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of the city. Later in the evening, drive to Pahalgam (about 2-3 hours). On arrival at Pahalgam check in to your hotel have dinner and rest overnight

DAY 5 - Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

Spend the day exploring Pahalgam. You can visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari. Enjoy horse riding or a nature walk in the lush green meadows. Have dinner and rest overnight at hotel. Note: Pahalgam local sightseeing will be done by local taxi union on direct payment basis.

DAY 6 - Departure (Pahalgam-Srinagar)

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and move to Srinagar airport Depending on your departure time, you can explore local markets or do some last-minute shopping. Depart from Srinagar Airport.

Exclusions

  • Meals/beverages other than those specified in the inclusions
  • Monument entrance fees/Pony ride charges/adventure sports etc.  
  • Vehicle will be from point to point as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions
  • Pahalgam Local Sightseeing Will be done by local Taxi union on direct payment basis

 

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
