DAY 1 - Arrival at NJP/Bagdogra – Gangtok

Arrive at NJP/Bagdogra Airport. Drive to Gangtok (about 125 km, approximately 4-5 hours). Check-in to your hotel in Gangtok. Rest and acclimatize to the altitude. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 2 - Gangtok – Lachung

After breakfast get ready for a drive to Lachung, a picturesque village in North Sikkim (about 125 km, approximately 6-7 hours). En route, visit Singhik View Point and Seven Sisters Waterfall. Check-in to your hotel in Lachung. Have dinner and overnight stay in Lachung.

DAY 3 - Lachung - Yumthang Valley and Zero Point Excursion - Return to Gangtok

Visit Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers. Explore Zero Point (Yumesamdong) if weather and road conditions permit (on direct payment basis). Return to Lachung and visit the Lachung monastery. After that around 3-4 Pm move back to Gangtok. On arrival at Gangtok have dinner and rest overnight.

DAY 4 - Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Today after breakfast Explore local attractions in Gangtok, including Baba Mandir,Tshangu Lake (subject to permit availability). Around afternoon visit Enchey Monastery, Do Drul Chorten, and MG Marg. Have dinner and overnight stay in Gangtok. Optional: Nathula Pass (14137 Ft / 4310 Mts) Indo China Border (closed on Monday & Tuesday for tourist), visit is limited to Indian nationals only, allowed on the basis of advance permit (subjected to availability) & on extra cost. Document Required: Original ID proof for each pax travelling. (Voter ID, Indian Passport, Driving License for adult & Birth certificate, school ID card for children along with supporting document). 02 Passport size photograph for all pax travelling. PAN Card & Aadhar card is not a valid ID proof.

DAY 5 - Gangtok - Pelling via Namchi and Chardham

This day after breakfast move to Pelling. On the way visit Namchi Village, Chardham, Samdruptse, On arrival at Pelling check-in to your hotel and rest. Have dinner and overnight stay in Pelling.

DAY 6 - Pelling Local Sightseeing

Today after breakfast get ready to visit Khecheopalri Lake also known as the Wishing Lake, Kanchenjunga Falls, Rimbi Waterfalls, Pamayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Palace and Rock Garden. Optional: Visit the Singshore Bridge (Skywalk Bridge), one of the highest suspension bridges in Asia (On direct payment basis). Have dinner and overnight stay in Pelling.

DAY 7 - Pelling - Darjeeling

Drive to Darjeeling (about 70 km, approximately 3 hours). Check-in to your hotel in Darjeeling. Evening will be at leisure. Have dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

DAY 8 - Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill to witness the sunrise over the Kanchenjunga Mountains. Visit Batasia Loop, Ghoom Monastery, and Peace Pagoda. Explore Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, and Tea Gardens. Have dinner and overnight stay in Darjeeling.

DAY 9 - Darjeeling – NJP/Bagdogra

Today after beakfast drive back to NJP railway station or Bagdogra Airport (about 136 km, approximately 5-6 hours). Depart for your onward journey.

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
