DAY 1 - Arrival in Guwahati - Itanagar

Meet our cab representative on arrival in Guwahati. Visit Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati if time permits before departure. Drive to Itanagar. Check into your hotel. Have dinner and overnight stay in Itanagar.

DAY 2 - Itanagar to Ziro Valley

Morning after breakfast drive to Ziro Valley. Check-in: Arrive and check into your accommodation. Explore Ziro: Stroll through the local market and interact with the Apatani tribes. Dinner & overnight stay at Ziro.

DAY 3 - Ziro Valley Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast drive to visit Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary: Visit this sanctuary for diverse flora and fauna. Local Villages: Explore nearby Apatani villages like Hong and Bamin. Rice Fields: Take a walk through the picturesque rice fields. Overnight Stay: Hotel or homestay in Ziro.

DAY 4 - Ziro to Bhalukpong

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive towards Bhalukpong. Distance: Approximately 275 kilometers Duration: The journey typically takes about 7 to 8 hours by road, depending on road conditions. Start from Ziro: Head out of Ziro, enjoying the scenic views of the rice fields and mountains. Road Conditions: The roads can be winding and sometimes rough. Scenic Stops: Consider stopping for photo opportunities along the way, as the landscapes are stunning. On arrival check into hotel, after getting some rest & freshen up drive to visit Bhalukpong Fort: A historical site with scenic views. Nameri National Park: Known for its biodiversity and opportunities for nature walks and bird watching. Bhalukpong River: Enjoy river rafting or relaxing by the riverside. In evening return to hotel. Dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 5 - Bhalukpong – Dirang

Today after breakfast departure from Bhalukpong. Drive through the scenic routes of Arunachal Pradesh. Arrive in Dirang. Check into your hotel. Explore Dirang Dzong and hot water springs. Have dinner and overnight stay in Dirang.

DAY 6 - Dirang – Tawang

On this day after breakfast, departure from Dirang. Visit Sela Pass (13,700 feet) and Sela Lake. Stop at Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Arrive in Tawang by evening. Check into your hotel. Have dinner and overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY 7 - Tawang Local Sightseeing

Today after breakfast get ready to visit Tawang Monastery, Tawang War Memorial, Gorichen Peak (Highest Peak Of Arunachal) & Nuranang Falls. Explore P.T. Tso Lake. Have dinner and overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY 8 - Tawang – Bomdila

Have breakfast and departure from Tawang. Drive back through the scenic mountains. Arrive in Bomdila by evening. Check into your hotel. Visit Bomdila Monastery and local markets. Have dinner and overnight stay in Bomdila.

DAY 9 - Bomdila Local Sightseeing

Today after breakfast move to visit Bomdila . Visit places like Bomdila View Point Lower Gompa, Upper Gompa, Bomdila Market, R.R. Hill ,Apple Orchards & Eagle Nest Wildlife Sanctuary. Evening return to hotel and rest overnight..

DAY 10 - Bomdila – Guwahati

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Our representative will pick you and drive towards Guwahati. On arrival driver will drop you at Guwahati airport/railway station to catch your further train/flight.

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
