DAY 1 - Guwahati to Bomdila

Arrival: Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. Transfer: Drive to Bomdila (approx. 8-9 hours). Check-in: Check into your hotel in Bomdila. Evening: Leisure time to explore the local market. Overnight: Stay at Bomdila.

DAY 2 - Bomdila to Tawang

Breakfast: At the hotel. Sightseeing in Bomdila: Visit Bomdila Monastery, Bomdila View Point, and the local market. Transfer: Drive to Tawang (approx. 6-7 hours). En Route: Visit Sela Pass and Sela Lake. Check-in: Check into your hotel in Tawang. Overnight: Stay at Tawang.

DAY 3 - Tawang Local Sightseeing

Breakfast: At the hotel. Sightseeing: Visit Tawang Monastery, Urgelling Monastery, and the Tawang War Memorial. Lunch: At a local restaurant. Afternoon: Visit the Craft Centre and Emporium. Evening: Leisure time to explore Tawang town. Overnight: Stay at Tawang.

DAY 4 - Excursion to Bum La Pass and Madhuri Lake

Breakfast: At the hotel. Excursion: Visit Bum La Pass (subject to weather and permit) and Madhuri Lake (Shonga-tser Lake). Lunch: Picnic lunch by the lake. Return: Drive back to Tawang. Evening: Relax at the hotel. Overnight: Stay at Tawang.

DAY 5 - Tawang to Bomdila

Have breakfast and departure from Tawang. Drive back through the scenic mountains. Arrive in Bomdila by evening. Check into your hotel. Visit Bomdila Monastery and local markets. Have dinner and overnight stay in Bomdila.

DAY 6 - Bomdila to Guwahati

Transfer: Drive back to Guwahati (approx. 8-9 hours). En Route: Optional visit to Bhalukpong or Tezpur. Arrival in Guwahati: Drop off at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
