DAY 1 - Arrival in Guwahati

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station. Check-in to your hotel and relax. Visit the Kamakhya Temple, one of the most important Shakti Peethas in India. Explore the local markets and enjoy Assamese cuisine. Have dinner and overnight stay in Guwahati.

DAY 2 - Guwahati – Shillong

After breakfast, drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya (about 100 km, approximately 3-4 hours). En route, visit the Umiam Lake, a beautiful man-made reservoir. Check-in to your hotel in Shillong. Explore the local markets and Shillong's vibrant culture. Have dinner and overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY 3 - Shillong Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, Visit Shillong Peak for panoramic views of the city. Explore Elephant Falls and the Mawphlang Sacred Forest. Visit Ward's Lake for a leisurely walk. Have dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4 - Excursion to Cherrapunjee

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunji (about 54 km, approximately 2-3 hours), one of the wettest places on Earth. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Seven Sisters Falls. Explore the Living Root bridges in the nearby villages. Return to Shillong in the evening. Have dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 5 - Excursion to Mawlynnong and Dawki

Today after breakfast get ready for a drive to Mawlynnong, known as "Asia's Cleanest Village" (about 90 km, approximately 3-4 hours). Explore the picturesque village and visit the Sky View Point for stunning views of the plains of Bangladesh. Proceed to Dawki, famous for its crystal-clear Umngot River. Enjoy a boat ride on Umngot River. Return to Shillong for an overnight stay. Have dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 6 - Shillong - Guwahati - Kaziranga

After breakfast, drive back to Guwahati (about 265 km, approximately 6 hours). En route, visit the Don Bosco Museum in Shillong. Visit the Kamakhya Temple again if you wish. Check-in to your hotel in Guwahati. Enjoy a sunset river cruise on the Brahmaputra River (subject to availability). Have dinner and overnight stay in Kaziranga.

DAY 7 - Kaziranga National Park

Early morning elephant safari in Kaziranga National Park. Leisure time or explore the local village. Afternoon jeep safari in the park. Enjoy cultural performances in the evening (if available). Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

DAY 8 - Kaziranga – Guwahati (Departure)

Depending on your departure time, you can explore local markets or visit any missed attractions in Kaziranga. Check-out from your hotel. Proceed to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.

Payment Policy

For bookings made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival:

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival:

    • 40% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% payable on arrival

    • 20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival:

    • 50% deposit to confirm booking

    • 20% payable on arrival

    • 30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

  • 21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost

  • 10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

  • 7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost

  • 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

1. Package Amendments

  • Packages can be amended per the customer’s requirements or interests, subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the planned package will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the guest.

2. Hotel Availability

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Company Policies

  • Cancellation and other policies are governed by the respective hotel or service provider’s rules.
  • Verbal commitments are not applicable; only written agreements or confirmations are valid.

4. Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued in the event of:
    • Bad weather, landslides, or any force majeure beyond the control of the agent or hotel.
    • Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to:
      • Bad weather
      • Ill health
      • Strikes or roadblocks
      • Any other factors beyond our control
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Vehicle Service

  • Vehicle service operates on a point-to-point basis strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hill stations to preserve local resources.
  • We shall not be liable for any cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Additional Nights

  • Any extra nights required in hotels due to ill health, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged at applicable rates.
